Ending the Current Round and Closing Checks with Items on Hold

The following table describes various ways to end the current round and close checks with held items:

Send all items (including held menu items) but not items held for a preset time	Click the Fire Order Tender/Media type.	An asterisk (*) next to all of the sent items
Send all items except for the ones on hold	Click the Keep Held Status Tender/Media type.	The letter H next to the held items and an asterisk (*) next to the sent items
Make a payment and close a check with held menu items	Click a touchscreen button assigned to a payment method (for example, Cash or Credit Card).	A dialog box inquiring what action to take depending on the environment configuration Click Send Now to send all items on hold to the order devices. Click Do Not Send to close the check without sending the items on hold to the order devices.
