Modifying Menu Items in the POS

If the menu changes in the POS, run the synchronization to import the complete menu item configurations for the new menu items. When automatic synchronization is enabled, the change automatically synchronizes in the database. Use the on-demand synchronization to import the changes immediately.

  1. Log in and go to the Tools dashboard.
  2. Select Stores.
  3. In the Search Stores section, enter the store Name, and then click the Search button.
  4. Click the Edit link adjacent to the store.
  5. On the POS Sync tab, select the option to import the Complete Menu and Item Definition and Relationships for the new menu items.
  6. Select one of the following synchronization options:
    • On-demand

    • Automatic
