This release of OFS ECM
Application Pack is cumulative of all enhancements and bug fixes done
since previous release.
Release 8.0.6.0.0 of Oracle Financial Services Enterprise Case
Management is not fully backward compatible with earlier versions of FCCM
applications. You must upgrade all of your FCCM applications from existing
8.0.x versions to 8.0.6.0.0 version and cannot choose to upgrade only selective
application packs to v8.0.6.0.0.

New Features
The following is the list of new features incorporated in this release. For detailed information on usage of these features, see various OFS ECM Application Pack Guides.

Manual Event Creation – Allows users with access
to add events manually to a case or create them and have them place in the
correlation pool.

Search Cases Using Event ID - Enables users to search on
cases by the events correlated in the case.
·
Positive/False Positive
Indicator for Events
- Allows users to decide if a correlated event is positive or false positive.
This improves correlation logic in the future.

Case Prioritization - Cases can be prioritized
as High, Medium, and Low based on ranges associated with select case attributes
(Score, Case Type, Domain, and Jurisdiction).

Create and Manage Personal
Search Views
– Allows users to create and manage personal search criteria for future uses.
This include renaming, deleting and marking which view should be the default
search.
·
Correlation Score Breakdown – Allows users to see how
the case score breaks down into individual scoring components.
·
Validation Framework – A configurable framework
which can enforce actions to be completed when an individual takes an action on
a case.
·
Network Analysis and
Correlation Network Tabs
– These tabs have been reintroduced with improved graphical representation.
