You can use the Edit Permissions page to edit role-based and access profile-based permissions related to programs. The list below describes the permissions you can select.
Create programs.
Modify program details.
Change the program manager associated with a program.
Add projects to a program. When this permission is enabled, the Associate Projects section is displayed on the Create Program and Edit Program pages.
Add proposals to a program. When this permission is enabled, the Associate Proposals section is displayed when creating or editing proposals.
Assign users with the selected access profile to the role of a program manager.
Delete programs.
View the Program Budget section when creating, viewing, or editing programs. This permission only affects seeing the Program Budget section, it does not affect the finances that are shown in the associated Projects or Proposals Grid, nor does it affect the separate Program Finance Page. If a section is hidden all custom fields associated with that section are also hidden.
View the Program Organization section when creating, viewing, or editing programs. If a section is hidden, all custom fields associated with that section are also hidden.
View the Program Statements and Notes section when creating, viewing, or editing programs. If a section is hidden, all custom fields associated with that section are also hidden.
View the Program Dates section when creating, viewing, or editing programs. If a section is hidden, all custom fields associated with that section are also hidden.
Modify program risks.
Modify program issues.
Modify Program activities.
Allows user to be a program issue owner.
Allows user to be a program risk owner.
Allows user to be program activity owner.
View the Program Evaluation section when creating, viewing, or editing Programs.
Allow user to modify the evaluation impact values for Programs.
Allow user to change the program evaluation matrix. You can change the Program evaluation matrix only when there are more than one active program evaluation matrices.
Allow user to modify the Program evaluation weights on an individual program.
Allow user to create documents for Programs.
Allow user to modify Program documents.
