Configuring IP Address Restriction

You can use the Configure IP Address Restriction page to restrict EnterpriseTrack login access and Portal access to specified IP addresses. You can specify IP address in X.X.X.X format (where X ranges from 0 to 255), or a CIDR IP address in X.X.X.X/N format (where X ranges from 0 to 255 and N from 8 to 32).

To enter the addresses:

1. Select the Resource & Security Admin tab.
2. Click the Configure IP Address Restriction link.
3. Click Add Valid IP Addresses.
4. Enter the IP addresses.
5. Select the check box Restrict Access to Idea Portal to allow users from the specified IP address to access the Idea Portal.
6. Select the check box Restrict Login Access to allow users from the specified IP address to access the EnterpriseTrack login.
7. Click Save.
