Download a file to access it offline. Files that are attached to your activities and tasks are automatically downloaded to your device when the project syncs, but you can individually download any other project file that you have access to. During a project sync, file attachments that are 5MB or less will automatically update on your device, so that you don't have to wait longer for all of your project data to fully sync due to large files. Files that are larger than 5MB will need to be manually downloaded.
To download a file:
The Browse tab shows files related to the project. In order to see all of them, including those you haven't downloaded yet, the app needs to be online and connected to your Primavera Cloud server.
The Download symbol shows which files have not yet been downloaded. The
Downloaded symbol shows which files have been downloaded.
A progress indicator displays on the file attachment thumbnail during the download process. Once the file has been downloaded to your device, the thumbnail will display the Downloaded symbol.
After the file is downloaded, it appears in the two other tabs on the Files screen:
