View Activity Details

Activities are the broad work assignments that contain tasks. You can view details about your activities on the Work Plan screen Calendar view (Tablet only).

To view the details of an activity:

1. Navigate to the Project Home screen.
2. Tap the Work Plan tile.
3. (Tablet only) Tap Calendar.
4. Tap an activity band.

   Don't tap the arrow that collapses or expands the band. Just tap the name of the activity.

   Note: If you don't see an activity band, ensure the Group Tasks by Activity setting is toggled on. Tap Preferences.

5. In the activity details area, view information about the activity. If your activity is associated with any hierarchical objects, such as a WBS, you can select and expand item levels to view the complete hierarchy.

Tips

• You can add a task directly to an activity band when viewing activity details. If a task plan is applied, the task will be sorted according to the swimlane settings for that activity band.
