Change Proxy Settings
If your organization uses a firewall, or if you need to perform certain network troubleshooting tasks, your IT or support contact may instruct you to change the app's proxy settings.
To change proxy settings:
- If the app is running, sign out and close the app.
Proxy setting changes won't take effect until after it's restarted.
- On the iOS home screen, open iOS Settings.
- In the Settings menu, tap the name of the app.
- On the app settings page, update the Enable Proxy, Host, and Port settings as directed by your IT or support contact.
