Change Proxy Settings

If your organization uses a firewall, or if you need to perform certain network troubleshooting tasks, your IT or support contact may instruct you to change the app's proxy settings.

To change proxy settings:

  1. If the app is running, sign out and close the app.

    Proxy setting changes won't take effect until after it's restarted.

  2. On the iOS home screen, open iOS Settings.
  3. In the Settings menu, tap the name of the app.
  4. On the app settings page, update the Enable Proxy, Host, and Port settings as directed by your IT or support contact.
