View an Activity File

You can view files associated with your activities. The list of file attachments associated with your activities is sorted alphabetically by file name. Each thumbnail displays an icon that indicates whether the file has been downloaded to your device and whether you have the most recent version of the file.

To view an activity file:

1. Navigate to the Project Home screen.
2. Tap the My Activities tile.
3. On the Activities screen, select an activity.
4. On the Details screen, tap Files.
5. On the Files screen, select a tab, and then select a file.

   You can print the file if your device is on the same network as an AirPrint-enabled printer.
