Using Voice Commands: Examples

This series of examples shows how to use Siri to navigate to a screen in the app, filter your company's tasks, and then update update them for the current week.

Note Before you begin, make sure Siri is available and enabled on your device.

To navigate the app using a voice command:

  1. Say, "Open the Work Plan screen in Primavera."

    Your device opens the Primavera app to the Work Plan screen.

To filter your company's tasks using a voice command:

  1. On the device Home screen, tap Primavera.
  2. Say, "Filter Primavera to show my company's tasks."
  3. Review the confirmation dialog box, which lists your company's tasks.

To update your company's tasks using a voice command:

  1. On the device Home screen, tap Primavera.
  2. Say, "Update tasks this week in Primavera."
  3. When Siri asks which update to perform, say, "Commit."
  4. When Siri asks which tasks to update, say, "My company's tasks."
  5. Review the confirmation dialog box, which lists your company's pending tasks that were committed for this week.
