Task Progress

Tasks let project managers and individual contributors manage their work on activities.

Use the Task Progress tile to see how many completed, committed, and pending tasks are due last week, this week, and next week for the open project.

The Task Progress graph includes three bars. The position of each bar on the x-axis corresponds to the Due Date value of the tasks it represents. For example, if the open project has some tasks with a due date of last week, some tasks with a due date of this week, and some tasks with a due date of next week, then the graph will show three bars, one bar for each due date.

Each bar is further divided into three colors. Each color represents one of these task statuses:

• Completed (green): Tasks that have been completed in the last two weeks.
• Committed (blue): Tasks whose performers have agreed to complete them by a certain date.
• Pending (yellow): Open tasks that are awaiting commitment.

For example, if the open project has two completed, two committed, and two pending tasks that all have a due date that occurs this week, then the graph will show a single bar in the This Week column. And this bar will be equally divided into the three status colors.
