View a Task Hand-off Diagram

If a task has hand-offs, you can view them in an interactive diagram.

To view a task hand-off diagram:

  1. Navigate to the Project Home screen.
  2. Tap the Work Plan tile or the Task List tile.
  3. Select a task.

    On the Work Plan Calendar view (Tablet only) and the Task List screen, tasks that are associated with predecessor or successor tasks show the Associated Tasks icon.

  4. In the task details area, tap Hand-offs.
  5. In the Hand-offs area, tap Predecessors or Successors.
  6. Tap View Hand-off Diagram.

    On the hand-off diagram, tap a task block to view more information about it. Tap an arrow between blocks to view more information about the relationship it represents.
