Print the Work Plan Report View

Generating and Printing Work Plan Reports in Mobile Video

If your device is on the same network as a Wi-Fi enabled printer, you can print the Work Plan screen when in the Report view.

You can adjust a variety of print settings for your team. For example, you can print the Work Plan report in Spanish, even if your device is configured in English. To add or remove any columns before printing, update the Report Columns setting. See Configure Work Plan View Settings.

To print the Work Plan Report view:

  1. Navigate to the Project Home screen.
  2. Tap the Work Plan tile.
  3. (Tablet only) On the Work Plan screen, tap the Report option.
  4. In the Report view, tap Print.
  5. In the PDF Preview screen, adjust the print settings as needed. Settings you can configure are:
    • Date Range
    • Fit
    • Language
    • Print weeks with no planned tasks
  6. Tap Print.
  7. In the Printer Options dialog, set printer options, view the print preview, and then tap Print.
