OFS DI Application Pack 8.0.5.1.0 Maintenance Level Release
#1 (ID 27645893)
This Maintenance Level Release (ML) of OFS DI is cumulative
of enhancements and bug fixes done since the 8.0.5.0.0 Minor Release.
The minimum patch set level should be OFS DI 8.0.5.0.0.
For detailed instructions on installing this Maintenance Level Release, refer
to OFS DI Installation Guide 8.0.5.1.0 in
OHC
Documentation Library.
The following are the list of enhancements incorporated in this release:
1. Hive
Encryption: In the current release the Hive password is
stored encrypted. While defining or editing a Hive type EDS the password
entered is now encrypted which was previously stored in clear text.
2. Publish
and Unpublish: The publish and unpublish feature
creates or removes ODI metadata for all Saved/Published/Unpublished Connectors.
In the current release Publish and Unpublish icon is
added under Administration menu in the application. You can now perform a
selective publish or unpublish of connectors without
any dependency.
3. Multiple
ODI: In ODI setup information, the application is
enhanced to configure multiple ODI agents. This helps source data files from
multiple servers where ODI agent is installed.

When the ADI Refresh and Target Datastore
is triggered from command line and when the Weblogic
is configured with SSL, it displays the message as “curl: (35) SSL connect
error”. Workaround: Trigger the ADI Refresh and Target Datastore Refresh from the application. Refer OFS DIH 8.0.5 user
guide for details. |

When the Target Datastore
Refresh is invoked from command line, in the case of Webservice
a message appears “Refresh target datastore
failed”. However; the Target Datastore
Refresh is running in the background and the progress can be monitored in the
application. |
