SIRI PAYMENT
It is a voice based payment using Siri to transfer money to the beneficiary without having the need to access the banking application to make a payment.
Siri payments can be made to existing payees across different payee categories and the match is based on the nickname of the payee maintained in the system.
The payment is authenticated with use of touch ID as passcode.
Note: Siri cannot be used to pay multiple people at the same time.

Pre-Requisites
- User needs to have a device with a minimum version of iOS 10
- User needs to provide Siri with the permission to access bank application
- User must have a valid account with bank and online banking enabled
- Payees have been maintained to send money through Siri payment
To send a money with Siri
- Launch Siri by holding the home button or by calling out ‘Hey Siri’ depending on the settings enabled on the device.
- Ask Siri to send the payment request by specifying the details i.e. payee nick name, amount and remarks if any e.g. Hey Siri, pay Keith $59 for coffee.
- Siri displays the payment details as stated in the voice message and seeks the user’s permission to complete the payment.
- The user can click on ‘Tap to Edit’ if there are any changes required in the payment details i.e. amount or remarks.
- System displays the account number that will be debited as part of transaction.
- The user has an option to confirm the payment through voice command or clicking ‘Send’

The user can cancel the transaction through voice command or clicking ‘Cancel’ option. -

If you say “Cancel”, Siri will discard the payment transaction. - To authenticate payment use fingerprint as passcode and confirm identify with a single touch.
- System will display success message along with transaction reference number for the payment transaction.
Note: User needs to provide Siri with the permission to access touch ID to perform the transaction.
View Account Balance
It is a voice based balance inquiry for an account using Siri without having the need to access the banking application.
Note: Siri cannot be used to fetch account balance of multiple account types in one go.

- Balance inquiry of accounts i.e. Savings, Checking, Mortgage Accounts and Credit Card
Pre-Requisites
- User needs to have a device with a minimum version of iOS 11
- User needs to provide Siri with the permission to access bank application
- User must have a valid account with bank and online banking enabled
To inquire about the account balance:
- Launch Siri by holding the home button or by calling out ‘Hey Siri’ depending on the settings enabled on the device
- Ask Siri for account balance by specifying the details i.e. account type e.g. Hey Siri, what is my account balance in Savings account.
- User will be asked to authenticate using Touch ID.
Note: User needs to provide Siri with the permission to access touch ID to perform the transaction.
- To authenticate, use fingerprint as passcode and confirm identify with a single touch.
- System will display the account balance(s) for all the accounts of the enquired account type.
