How to Apply this One-off Patch Release?
Perform the following instructions to download,
extract and install this one-off patch:
This release patch is applicable only for the RDBMS
installation.
1. Login to My Oracle Support, and search for Patch ID 38148413 under Patches
and Updates tab.
2. Download the 38148413_GENERIC.zip archive file.
3. Shut down all the OFSAAI Services. For more
information, see the Starting/ Stopping Infrastructure Services section in
Oracle Financial Services Advanced Analytical Applications Infrastructure Pack
Installation Guide.
4. Extract the contents of the patch archive file by
using the command:
unzip -a <name of the file to be unzipped>
For example: unzip -a 38148413_GENERIC.zip

NOTE |
The above
"-a" option is mandatory to unzip the patch. If you notice an
error message �unzip: not found [No such file or
directory]� when the
package is not installed, contact your UNIX administrator to resolve this issue. For further
details, refer to Oracle

5. Grant RWX(755) permissions to the OFS_BFND directory by executing command:
chmod
�R 755 OFS_BFND
6. Navigate to the path:
<>/OFS_BFND/conf
7. Update the UPLOAD_MODEL parameter value to 0 in the params.conf file to skip the model upload.
8. Navigate to the <>/OFS_BFND/bin directory and execute ./install.sh.
9. Verify the patch installation logs in the location <>/OFS_BFND/logs directory.
10. After installation is completed, verify the log file
for any Errors or Warnings. Contact My Oracle Support in case of any issues.

takes approximately 5 minutes to complete in Oracle Test
Labs. |
