ID 25542883 – OFS REG REP US FED v8.0.3.2.0 ONE-OFF PATCH RELEASE #1 (8.0.3.2.1)
This release of
OFS REG REP US FED is cumulative of enhancements and bug fixes done since the
8.0.3.2.0 release.
Pre-Installation
Requirements
The pre-installation steps
required for this release are:
1. OFS
REG REP US FED 8.0.3.2.0 must be installed.
2. Agile
Reporter 1.15.2.1 must be installed.
3. AgileREPORTER
Templates (ARforFED_v1.8.2.6_for_AR_1.15.1 & 1.15.2) is available in
AgileREPORTER.
4. OFS
REG REP US FED 8.0.3.2.1 needs additional attributes in the model. Extend FSDF
model with the following attributes.
a. If
version of FSDF is 8031, then perform the following changes to the OFSAA model:

5. Generate
XML file in ERwin and upload the model using Data Model maintenance option in
OFSAA, before proceeding with the patch installation.
How to Install
This One-off Release?
The steps
to install the one-off patch are:
1. Login to https://support.oracle.com/, and search
for Bug# 25542883 under Patches and Updates tab.
2.
Download 25542883_GENERIC.zip archive file, and copy it to
your OFSAA server in Binary mode.
3.
Shut down all the
OFSAAI Services.
4.
Extract the contents
of the patch archive file by using the command:
unzip -a <name of the file to be unzipped>
For
example: unzip -a
25542883_GENERIC.zip
Note: The above "-a" option is mandatory to unzip the
patch.
In case you notice an error message “unzip: not found [No such file or
directory” before the package is installed, contact your UNIX administrator to
resolve this issue.
5.
Grant RWX (755)
permissions for folder by executing the command:
chmod 755 OFS_REG_REP_USFED
6.
Navigate to the path:
<>/OFS_REG_REP_USFED/conf
7.
Update params.conf file with upload model parameter
as 0.
8.
Navigate to the path:
<>/OFS_REG_REP_USFED/bin
9.
Execute the install
command:
./install.sh
10.
Verify the patch
installation logs in the path:
<>/OFS_REG_REP_USFED/logs
11. Generate the application EAR/WAR
file and redeploy the application in the configured web application server.
12. After successful deployment, restart all the OFSAAI
services.
13. Except
<<INFODOM>>_USFED_FRY2052A_RESAVEDEPV, Re-save derived entities
using the batches available for the respective reports.
Post-Installation
Steps
The post-installation
steps required for this release are:
1.
Execute the following
view scripts (available under “OFS_REG_REP_USFED/Post_Scripts” directory of the
patch) in Atomic Schema:
a.
FR2052A_ASSET_INFLOW.sql
b.
FR2052A_DEPOSITS_OUTFLOW.sql
c.
FR2052A_FX_SUPPLEMENTAL.sql
d.
FR2052A_INFO_SUPPLEMENTAL.sql
e.
FR2052A_OTHER_INFLOW.sql
f.
FR2052A_OTHER_OUTFLOW.sql
g.
FR2052A_SECURED_INFLOW.sql
h.
FR2052A_SECURED_OUTFLOW.sql
i.
FR2052A_UNSECURED_INFLOW.sql
j.
FR2052A_WHOLESALE_OUTFLOW.sql
2.
Execute the batch <<INFODOM>>_USFED_FRY2052A_RESAVEDEPV after the previous SQL scripts
are executed.
3.
If the version of FSDF is 804,
then copy Reg Account Summary T2T files manually from ‘Consolidation’ directory
of installer to ‘FTPSHARE’ directory of the setup.
4.
Execute the SQL
script (OFS_REG_REP_USFED_80321_Post_Script.sql) on config schema as post installation script after installing
8.0.3.2.1 release patch.
Note: ##INFODOM## inside the SQL file
must be replaced with infodom name of the customer environment.
