This interim release of OFS REG REP EBA holds incremental enhancements / bug fixes done since the 8.0.3.0.0 release.

New Features in this Release

The list of new features incorporated in this release is:

§ Provides an integrated OFSAA DW/DT package for EBA regulatory reporting using AgileREPORTER Portal v1.15.3-b1031 and European Common Reporting (ECR) Templates v1.26.1.3.

§ Provides a complete set of OFSAA Business Metadata objects to support regulatory reporting of the below mentioned returns:

o FINREP F01 – Balance Sheet statement

o FINREP F16 – Interest income and expenses by instrument and counterparty; Gains and Losses on financial assets and liabilities

o FINREP F18 – Information on performing and non-performing exposures

o COREP C40 – Alternative treatment of the exposure measure

o COREP C41 – On- and off-balance sheet items: Additional breakdown of exposures

o COREP C42 – Alternative definition of capital

o COREP C43 – Breakdown of Leverage Ratio exposure measure components

o COREP C44 – General Information

o COREP C47 – Leverage Ratio calculation

o COREP C73 – Liquidity Coverage: Outflows

o COREP C75 – Liquidity Coverage: Collateral swaps

Prerequisites

The pre-requisites required for this release is as follows:

§ The minimum patch set level should be OFS REG REP EBA 8.0.3.0.0

§ Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications Infrastructure (OFSAAI) 8.0.4.1.0

§ Oracle Financial Services Data Foundation (FSDF) 8.0.4.1.0

§ AgileREPORTER Portal version 1.15.3-b1031

§ AgileREPORTER (European Common Reporting (ECR)) Template version 1.26.1.3

How to Apply this Interim Release?

The steps to install this interim release are:

1. Login to https://support.oracle.com/, and search for Bug# 26305598 under Patches and Updates tab.

2. Download 26305598_GENERIC.zip archive file, and copy it to your OFSAA server in Binary mode.

3. Ensure that the FICSERVER is up and running.

4. Extract the contents of the patch archive file by using the command:

unzip -a <name of the file to be unzipped>

For example: unzip -a 26305598_GENERIC.zip

Note: The above "-a" option is mandatory to unzip the patch.
In case you notice an error message “unzip: not found [No such file or directory” before the package is installed, contact your UNIX administrator to resolve this issue.

5. Grant RWX (755) permissions for folder by executing the command:

chmod –R 755 OFS_REG_REP_EBA

6. Navigate to the path:

<>/OFS_REG_REP_EBA/conf

7. Update the params.conf file with UPLOAD_MODEL parameter as 0.

8. Navigate to the path:

<>/OFS_REG_REP_EBA/bin

9. Execute the install command:

./install.sh

10. Verify the patch installation logs in the path:

<>/OFS_REG_REP_EBA/logs

11. Generate the application EAR/WAR file and redeploy the application in the configured web application server.

12. After successful deployment, restart all the OFSAAI services.

13. Re-save derived entities using the batches available for the respective reports.
