Searching for Batches

The unified search feature allows a user to search for and navigate through the batches in OIPA.

Steps to Search for a Batch

1. Select the Batch option from the Search drop-down.

   • Enter the search string in the text box. for example, the search string can be a Batch Number or a Batch Name. If the exact wording is not known, use the % (percent) sign as a wild card.
     (or)
     

   • Click Advancedand enter the search criteria for the batch.

2. Click the Search button. 

3. The search results will be displayed under the Batch Search Results section. Refer the following screen for example:
   
   

4. Click the row of the appropriate batch to open it. The batch details are displayed in the Batch screen.
