This readme has the following sections:
OFS DM Application Pack v8.0.5.0.0 One-off Patch Release# 2
(8.0.5.1.2) (ID 28607891).
This one-off patch
is cumulative of bug fixes done since the v8.0.5.1.0 Release.
The minimum patch set level should be OFS DM Application Pack v8.0.5.1.0 or v8.0.5.1.1.
How to Apply This
One-Off Patch Release?
Perform
the following steps to apply the one-off patch:
1. Login
to https://support.oracle.com/, and
search for Bug# 28607891 under
Patches and Updates tab.
2. Download 28607891 _GENERIC.zip archive
file, and copy it to your OFSAA server in Binary mode.
3. Shut down
all the OFSAAI Services.
4. Extract
the contents of the patch archive file by using the command: unzip <name of the file to be unzipped>.
For example: unzip 28607891 _GENERIC.zip
5. Grant RWX (755) permissions for folder by executing
command: chmod 755 28607891.
6. The
configuration file PatchConfig.xml must be
updated before triggering the Installation. PatchConfig.xml file is
available in the path <>/28607891/conf. For each application the segment value
is different and the respective segment value
has to be entered (replacing ##OFS_DGS_SEGMENT##) in the
following tag in PatchConfig.xml.
<Variable
name="DMSEGMENT">##OFS_DGS_SEGMENT##</Variable>.
7. Navigate
to the path: <>/28607891/bin
8. Execute
the command: ./install.sh
9. Verify
the patch installation logs in the location <>/28607891/logs. Contact Oracle support in case of
any errors.
10. Generate
the application EAR/WAR file and redeploy the application in the configured web
application server. For further details, refer to Oracle
Financial Services Data Management Application Pack
Installation Manual Release 8.0.0.0.0 in OHC Documentation
Library.
11. After successful deployment,
restart all the OFSAAI services. For further details, refer to Oracle Financial Services Data Management Application
