Monitor the
Policy DRA Binding Resource on the GLA NO at
.

Determine if some of the pSBR-B MPs are unavailable
or out-of-service. In this case, all DA-MPs and all pSBR-B MPs will also report
ComAgent connection alarms.

Determine if there is a WAN outage. In this case,
DA-MPs should also report ComAgent connection alarms to remote pSBR-Bs, and
local pSBR-Bs should report ComAgent connection alarms to remote DA-MPs.

Determine if there is a network routing issue. In
this case, one or a few DA-MPs may report a ComAgent connection against a
limited number of pSBR-Bs.
