Recovery:

While parsing the message, one of the following
conditions occurred:
- The message content was inconsistent with the
"Message Length" in the message header.
- The IMSI contained in the User-Name AVP was
considered invalid due to length.
- The MSISDN contained in the MSISDN AVP was
considered invalid due to length.

These protocol errors can be caused by the
originator of the message (identified by the Origin-Host AVP in the message) or
the peer who forwarded the message to this node. Collect a trace containing the
GGR, and determine which node is causing the invalid data.
