Delivery Status Notification is sent to the SCS Application Server with a
Delivery Status of “SUCCESS” for a previously buffered Downlink Data packet. A
data retransmission may be triggered by one of the following conditions:
- A PDN connection
got established.
- A CMR Update
indicated that the UE is now reachable.
- A Retransmission
Timer expired.
