1. This value provides a measure of how many egress messages SCCP discarded because the RSP/Destination status was paused / prohibited at SCCP. Point code status is received from M3RL via the MTP-PAUSE and MTP-RESUME indications. The remote RSPs/Destinations known to SCCP and their status can be viewed via the GUI Main Menu: SS7/SIGTRAN > Maintenance > Remote Signaling Points.
