The customer uses the Virtual IP address (VIP) for the active SDS server on the Primary Provisioning Site to access the SDS GUI and the VIP for the appropriate SOAM to access the SOAM GUI for the Signaling Site server.
The VIP address of the desired server is used to connect to the active SDS server on the DR Provisioning Site or to an SOAM server on a Signaling Site. Data can only be viewed on these servers.
