E3086 Cmd Rej: New PC and RC must be entered as a pair

If a new point code is being added to the Mated Relay Node (MRN) table, or if the Flexible GTT Loadsharing feature is enabled, and the mrnset=new parameter is specified, then the pc and rc parameters must be specified together in the command.

Recovery

1. If necessary, display the status of the Flexible GTT Loadsharing feature. Enter the rtrv-ctrl-feat command.
   If the feature does not appear in the output, then the feature is not enabled. If the feature has a status of OFF, then the feature is enabled but is not turned on.
2. Re-enter the ent-mrn command, specifying a valid combination of parameters. Refer to the command description in Commands User's Guide and to the Database Administration - GTT User's Guide for assistance.
