E3871 Cmd Rej: ITUTFR parameter is only valid for ITU link sets

The itutfr parameter can be specified only for ITU-N linksets.

Recovery

1. Display the linkset information if applicable. Enter the rtrv-ls command.
2. Re-enter the ent/chg-ls command that generated this error message, specifyng a valid combination of parameters. Refer to the command description in Commands User's Guide and to the Database Administration - SS7 User's Guide for assistance.
