E3141 Cmd Rej: J1 Port test command not in progress

The action=stop parameter can be specified only when a port test is running.

Recovery

1. Enter the tst-j1 command to test a particular J1 port.
2. Re-enter the tst-j1 command with the action=stop parameter for the same port, to stop the test on that port.
