E2004 Cmd Rej: Keyboard is locked. Enter UNLOCK command

The keyboard for the terminal was locked using the lock command.

Recovery

Unlock the keyboard. Enter the unlock command. Anyone attempting to use the keyboard will be prompted to enter the password of the currently logged-on user.
