E4039 Cmd Rej: MULTGC=YES not allowed if ITUDUPPC feature is OFF

The International National Duplicate Point Code (ITUDUPPC) feature must be turned on before the multgc=yes parameter can be specified.

Note:

Once a feature that is controlled using a feature bit has been turned on, it cannot be turned off.

Recovery

1. Display the status of the ITUDUPPC feature. Enter the rtrv-feat command.
2. Re-enter the ent/chg-ls command that generated this error message, specifying a valid combination of parameters. Refer to the command description in Commands User's Guide and to the Database Administration - SS7 User's Guide (for SS7 links) or the Database Administration - IP7 User's Guide (IP links) for assistance.
