E2682 Cmd Rej: Cannot delete an open Connection

For the dlt-dconn command, any diameter connection that is still OPEN to receive traffic cannot be deleted (the open parameter set to yes with the chg-assoc command).

For the dlt-ip-conn command, the connection that is still OPEN to receive traffic can not be deleted.

Recovery - dlt-dconn

  1. Enter the rtrv-dconn command to display the diameter connections and SCTP association.
  2. Enter the rtrv-assoc:aname=<association name associated with diameter connection> command to display the open status.
  3. Enter the chg-assoc:aname=<association name associated with diameter connection>:open=no command to close the open connection.
  4. Re-enter the command that generated this error message, specifying a valid combination of parameters. Refer to the command description in Commands User's Guide and Database Administration - Features User's Guide for assistance.

Recovery - dlt-ip-conn

  1. Enter the rtrv-ip-host command to display the host name of the local IP address.
  2. Enter the rtrv-ip-conn command to display any open connections with LHOST = host name of IP address.
  3. Enter the chg-ip-conn:open=no command to close any open connections with LHOST = host name of IP address.
  4. Re-enter the command that generated this error message, specifying a valid combination of parameters. Refer to the command description in Commands User's Guide and Database Administration - Features User's Guide for assistance.
