The LNP or AINPQ feature must be turned on before the chg/rtrv-lnpopts command can be entered.
Recovery
Display the status of the LNP and AINPQ features by entering the rtrv-ctrl-feat command.
If the features do not appear in the output, then the features are not enabled. If the features have a status of OFF, then the features are enabled but are not turned on.
Enable and turn ON either the LNP or the AINPQ feature. Refer to the appropriate feature manual for assistance.
Re-enter the command that generated this error message.
