E3248 Cmd Rej: MFC Off, upgrade aborted

The MFC feature must be ON prior to upgrading to release 46.2 or later.

Recovery

1. Use the chg-stpopts command to turn ON the MFC feature.
2. Re-enter the command that generated this error message.
