E2728 Cmd Rej: S13 Feature Must Be Activated

For the alw-card command, the S13/S13' Int for EIR feature must be activated before allowing a card running DEIRHC/DEIR64 GPL.

For the chg-mtc-measopts command, the S13/S13' Int for EIR feature must be turned on before the mtchdeir=on parameter or the mtcddeir=on parameter can be specified.

For the rept-ftp-meas command, the S13/S13' Int for EIR feature must be activated before the enttype=deir and type=mtch/mtcd parameters can be specified.

For the rept-stat-deir command, the S13/S13' Int for EIR feature must be activated before retrieving the overall status of DEIR cards.

Recovery

1. Enter the rtrv-ctrl-feat command to display the status of the S13/S13' Int for EIR feature.

   If the feature does not appear in the output, then the feature is not enabled. If the feature has a status of OFF, then the feature is enabled but is not turned on.

2. Enable and turn on the S13/S13' Int for EIR feature as necessary. Refer to EIR User's Guide for assistance.
3. Re-enter the command that generated this error message.
