E3240 Cmd Rej: SIP or ENUM not configured

An SIP or ENUM card running the SIPHC or ENUMHC application must be configured before this command can be entered.

Recovery

1. Configure a card running the SIPHC or ENUMHC application.
   Refer to Maintenance Guide, Database Administration - System Management User's Guide, and Hardware Reference for assistance.
2. Re-enter the command that generated this error message.
