The diameter connection name specified for the DCNAME parameter must already exist in the DCONN table.
Recovery
Enter the rtrv-dconn command to display the diameter connection (dcname) configured in EAGLE.
Re-enter the command that generated this error message, specifying a valid DCNAME.
