E4861 Cmd Rej: At least 1 IDPRCDPN(X) srvc must be ON to turn ON IDPR FEAT

An IDPRCDPN(X) NPP service must be turned on before the Prepaid IDP Query Relay feature can be turned on.

Recovery

1. Display the status of the service. Enter the rtrv-npp-serv command.
2. Turn on an IDPRCDPN(X) service as necessary. Refer to the IDP-Related Features User's Guide and to the Numbering Plan Processor (NPP) User's Guide for assistance.
3. Re-enter the chg-ctrl-feat command that generated this message.
