E3107 Cmd Rej: At least one of SMSMR services must be configured

The Portability Check for Mobile Originated SMS feature or the PPSMS feature must be turned ON, or the MO SMS ASD/ MO SMS B-Party Routing/ MO SMS GRN/ MO SMS IS41-to-GSM Migration/ MO-based GSM SMS NP/ MO-based IS41 SMS NP feature must be ENABLED before the SMSMR Service is entered with the SRVCNAME parameter.

Recovery

1. Enter the rtrv-ctrl-feat command to display the status of SMSMR services.
2. If any one of the following features does not appear in the output, then ENABLE / turn ON any one of them as specified:

   Feature	ENABLE / Turn ON
   Port Chk for MO SMS	Turn ON
   PPSMS	Turn ON
   MO-based GSM SMS NP	ENABLE
   MO-based IS41 SMS NP	ENABLE
   MO SMS B-Party Routing	ENABLE
   MO SMS IS41-to-GSM Migration	ENABLE
   MO SMS ASD	ENABLE
   MO SMS GRN	ENABLE

3. Re-enter the command that generated this error message.
