E2689 Cmd Rej: Card(s) provisioned in shelf require FAN

For the chg-shlf command, the Shelf FAN bit can not be turned OFF, if an EPM-B based card(s), a HC-MIM card(s) or an E5-APP-B card(s) is provisioned on the shelf.

Recovery

1. Enter the rtrv-shlf:loc=<shelf location> parameter, to display the card type in the shelf.
2. If necessary, delete an existing card(s) from the shelf. Refer to the command description in the Commands User's Guide for assistance.
3. Re-enter the chg-shlf command that generated this error message. Refer to the command description in the Commands User's Guide for assistance.
