E2457 Cmd Rej: SSN can only be specified when XLAT=DPCSSN

For the ent/chg-gta and ent/chg-gtt commands, the xlat=dpcssn parameter must be specified before the ssn parameter can be specified. If the xlat=dpcssn parameter is specified, then the ssn parameter must be specified.

For the chg-gtt command, if the xlat parameter value is changed from dpcssn to dpc or dpcngt, a new ssn parameter value cannot be specified, and the current ssn parameter value must be removed.
