For the alw/rst-card and init-imt-gpl commands, a valid value must be specified or the code parameter or an invalid appl parameter.
For the init-card command, if the serial parameter is specified, then a value of atmansi, ccs7itu, gls, sccp, ss7ansi, ss7gx25, stplan, or all must be specified for the appl parameter.
