E3144 Cmd Rej: J1 Port test command in progress

For the act-slkcommand, a link cannot be activated if the tst-j1command is in progress on the same port on which the particular link to be activated is configured.

For the tst-j1command, only one port test can run at one time on the J1 port specified by the j1port parameter.

Recovery

1. Wait for the current port test to finish, or enter the tst-j1 command with the action=stop parameter for the same port to stop the test on that port.
2. Re-enter the command that generated this error message.
