E2687 Cmd Rej: Inhibit IPSM card(s) before changing the value of param SSH

For the chg-secu-dflt command, the value of parameter SSH can be changed to ON/OFF once the type IPSM cards are inhibited.

Recovery

1. Enter inh-card command, to inhibit the IPSM card(s).
2. Re-enter the command that generated this error message, specifying a valid combination of parameters. Refer to the command description in Commands User's Guide for assistance.
3. Enter alw-card command, to allow the IPSM card(s) to load.
