E2716 Cmd Rej: RESETCHAR not valid with ACTION=RENAME

If the action=rename parameter is specified, then the id, name, and ext parameters must be specified. All other parameters are ignored or defaulted.

Recovery

Re-enter the chg-tbl command that generated this error message, specifying a valid combination of parameters.
