E2775 Cmd Rej: Cannot change terminal authority while user is logged on

Terminal access rights cannot be changed while a user is logged on to that terminal.

Recovery

1. Display the users that are logged into the system Enter the rept-stat-user command.
2. Re-enter the chg-secu-trm command that generated this error message when the user ID for the terminal of interest is logged off.
