E3017 Cmd Rej: GWS DUP Point Code is required for GWS DUP stop action

For the chg-gws-actset command, the GWS DUP point code (GDPC) must be configured in the STPOPTS table before the GWS DUP stop action can be specified.

For the chg-stpopts command, the GWS DUP point code (GDPC) cannot be set to invalid if the GWS DUP stop action is configured.

Recovery - chg-gws-actset

  1. Display the GDPC by entering the rtrv-stpopts command. If the following line is displayed in the output, that GDPC is not configured:
    GDPCA --------------
  2. Configure the GDPC using the chg-stpopts command.
  3. Re-enter the chg-gws-actset command.
