0051 - TSC Sync is in Simplex Mode

Due to one or both GPSM-II cards being replaced with MCAPs after the feature bit has been set, the hardware configuration no longer supports the TSC Synchronization feature.

Recovery

Replace the MCAP(s) with GPSM-II card(s).
