0371 - Critical Application Failure(s)

This message indicates the application running in the MPS server has detected a critical application failure. The Alarm Data in the message contains a 16-character hexadecimal string in the format of h’2xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx’. This alarm will be reset when UAM #250, MPS Available is issued.

Recovery

  1. To decode the ALARMDATA included in this alarm, write down the Alarm Data string.
  2. To decode the alarm and for the correct procedure to solve the problem, refer to the MPS Platform Software and Maintenance Manual.
  3. This alarm will be reset when the problem is resolved and you receive UIM #250 MPS Available.
