1020 - IARCDPN NPP Service is off

This message is issued when the IARCDPN NPP service is called for at run-time, but the service status is currently set to OFF instead of ON.

Recovery

Use the chg-npp-serv command to change the service status to ON. Enter chg-npp-serv:srvn=iarcdpn:status=on.
