1162 - GWS rcvd nonSCCP CGPA/CDPA Screen Msg

This message indicates that a message that was not a SCCP message passed CGPA/CDPA screening. CDPA orCGPA screening makes sense only for SCCP messages. When a non-SCCP message is screened for CDPA or CGPA, it is forced to pass screening and this message is generated.
